Growing Forward Services offers leadership coaching sessions that involve one-on-one meetings with business and organizational leaders who want to achieve breakthrough success and discover their strengths and passions. Growing Forward Life Coaching with Paul D. Casey is dedicated to supporting and coaching people to where they want to be in their lives. As their Life Coach, Paul wants to help people GROW:
G Goals: Paul will listen to individuals discuss what they want to accomplish with their lives.
R Reality: He will listen to what people are dissatisfied with right now.
O Options: Paul will help his Life Coach participants brainstorm paths toward their desired futures.
W Way forward: He will assist people in creating their preferred action plan to pursue their aspirations with confidence!
During these Life Coaching sessions, Paul will collaborate with his participants to create action plans designed to help them rediscover their dormant goals so they can grow forward.
Participants in Group Coaching will learn how to build their leadership pipeline and have in place a succession plan that instills confidence in their organizations. From these Group Coaching sessions, leaders and managers will be empowered to develop the next-generation leaders in their companies.
Group Coaching will also equip leaders to develop their high-potential employees into rock stars in their organizations and watch their potential for growth soar.
Through Team Building workshops, Growing Forward Services will take time to get to know organizational leaders and the dynamics of their teams as he evaluates and then identifies the communication skills and values that need reinforcement. Paul works closely in partnership with participants to customize a creative and interactive experience that caters to a teams’ needs and business objectives. The end goal is to produce for an organization an enduring vision and stronger relationships. It’s all about relationship building!
Team Conflict Resolution
Team conflict resolution works by having Paul Casey talk with each employee of an organization’s team to learn their unique perspectives and determine how tensions arose. He will then meet with an organization’s core leadership team “to write a prescription” for team health that might include facilitated three-way conversations, team building activities, or performance improvement plans.
This conflict resolution process requires all parties to be committed to the common purpose of team unity for the betterment of the organization.
Team Health Exploration
Similar to an annual health check-in with a doctor, Paul D. Casey conducts regular health check-ins with an organization’s team to conclude what is going well and what areas need improvement. He then recommends changes that should be made for the sake of an organization’s optimal health.
After the interviews are completed, Paul meets with team members and their leadership to share his recommendations that are based on his interview findings. Paul taps into his extensive experience working with other teams to offer recommendations designed to make work cultures more positive and to bring greater system efficiencies to an organization.
A full-day or half-day of strategic planning will make it possible for organizational leaders to tactically craft a vision that gets their direct reports excited and motivated to become more productive. The objective of these strategic planning sessions is to enable managers and their staff to gather input, build relationships, and co-create their priorities for the next season.
Paul will conduct a SWOT analysis with the teams following a blue-sky vision activity. He will use flipcharts to record ideas for effectively addressing weak areas and pursuing opportunities to next-level their organizations. The result of these brainstorming sessions is to deliver to their teams back at the workplace a clear plan that includes a Thematic Goal, three defining objectives, and tactics under each one that will have a champion and deadline for implementation.
Leader Launcher is a dynamic Tri-Cities leadership development incubator for growth-minded young professionals, as well as those who are in, and aspire to, new leadership positions in their organizations.
This dynamic leadership program is geared toward young professionals and emerging leaders who want to “level up” their skillset and mindset so they can become more of a Tri-Cities influencer.
Leader Launcher is comprised of two-hour leadership development seminars that are designed to boost one leadership or personal growth competency each month. Participants who take part in the LIVE sessions will learn from Growing Forward Services leadership coach and trainer Paul D. Casey, or one of his colleagues, practical tools on a topic and then formulate an action plan for application and discussion at work.
