You’ll fill out an intake form so that your coach can get to know a bit of your story. A 30-minute face-to-face kickoff up front and quarterly review.
Then you can count on a weekly email interaction with a GF coach:
A new set of thought-provoking questions each week from your coach
You reply to the questions, report your wins/accomplishments, and your biggest issue to discuss.
Your coach replies with feedback/interaction on your answers, celebrates your progress, asks you about your action items (the ones you committed to) and gives you perspectives to think about and/or resources to consider for solving your issue.
You get results.
