Look Back to Launch Ahead

Remembering our past is the way we move out of a present that seems to have no exit into a more open and hopeful future.”   Sam Keen

I believe most of us have been conditioned by our family of origin, by our religious upbringing or lack of it, by our habits, and it’s very possible that very little of that reflects our true self.  We go through life in ruts that we don’t even like, and without evaluating where we’ve come from and those inauthentic patterns, we cripple our futures (potentially hurting the ones we love most and not living in abundance).  Get nostalgic, go back to the beginning, and pick out the good blessings to cherish/continue living by your key values, and discard the junk that holds you back from launching ahead with vigor! You CAN get unstuck!
