I want my team to grow!

Team Building

Finally, the answer to unifying your staff!

If you are looking for on or off-site staff team-building experience, choose Paul. He will take the time to get to know you as the leader and the dynamics of your team, to cut to the heart of the communication skills and values that need reinforcement. The workshops are several hours of engaging activities, insightful assessments, practical equipping, and constructive dialogue. The workshops are customized and creative. There is even the option of art-based team-building.

Team-building will only stick if adhered to daily; because of that fact, Paul encourages integrating team-leader or core-team coaching into the strategic plan of an organization.

Group Coaching

Want to build your leadership pipeline and have a succession plan that gives you and the organization great confidence?

Want to build your leadership pipeline and have a succession plan that gives you and the organization great confidence? Want some assistance in intentionally developing your high-potential employees who are showing signs of being next-generation leaders in your organization?

If you have three or four managers who are at about the same level of responsibility and desire to grow to the next level in their leadership, you may want to choose group coaching as a cost-effective way to develop them.

Paul will meet with them for ninety minutes of every-other-week as a group. Elements of group coaching sessions include:

  • Self-assessments that build self-awareness and personal development plans
  • Discussions on developing one leadership proficiency per session
  • Peer coaching on difficult situations they are encountering
  • Goal-setting for the weeks ahead, and celebrations of goals achieved

Team Conflict Resolution

Investigating Team Tension and Working Towards a Resolution

Unresolved conflict on your team can waste a lot of your time as a leader and be destructive to team morale—de-railing to the consequences of a lack of employee engagement, discretionary effort, team-building, and vision pursuits. So much emotional energy also gets drained out of you when problems aren’t dealt with between one or more people on your team.  And it’s costing you money, to boot!

Paul will interview each employee on the team for about 45 minutes, to hear each individual out and get their perspective on how the team has ended up in this sticky situation. Then Paul will meet with you (and your core leadership team) to “write a prescription” for team health that may include facilitated three-way conversations, team-building activities, or performance improvement plans.

It usually gets messier before it gets healthier, but if everyone stays committed to the common purpose of team unity, your team can get stronger through this process.
