All Work and No Play…

“The playful child and the wise old man live side by side in the psyche.  Impose the tyranny of seriousness and both will die.”  —Sam Keen

Losing one’s sense of humor is a terrible loss.  When we get into business mode on all fronts of our lives, we forget to laugh, relish life, tease those we love, play, or take ourselves not as seriously.  There is a personality type of “the otter”, and those folks seem to enjoy life to the fullest. We all need a bit more “otter” in each of us.
